Praised be Jesus and Mary! Assumption Academy of Samar in Guiuan, Eastern Samar was our second home, our training ground. This is where we started building our dreams for the future, the place where we learned to know more our inner self. Our highschool years has molded us into individuals under the Marian virtues. AAS was the eyewitness, the living proof of the "one-of-a-kind" friendship we built. We may have been tagged the "worst" yet we're the most "remarkable". We were remarkable because we stood as one, we fought as one - that's for one reason. We were not just bestfriends, we were brothers and sisters. That's how we differ from other batch.
It is a very special privilege to be given the opportunity to look back at the memories and dreams we made and shared years ago. It is so wonderful to know that your former classmates, peers, academic rivals are still there. It is an amazing experience to re-live, reminisce and bring back those memories of our being "pasaways".
To our classmates who parted - Francis Steve Alday, Mary Grace Santos and Earl Rodrigo Lumain - we dedicate this site to you, guys! You may have left us sooner than expected yet you still remain and will always be part of the "family" we built. The friendship, companionship, the memories you shared with us will never be forgotten. Rest in peace, friends.
Our deepest and heartfelt THANKS to the RVM Sisters and AAS Faculty for all the love and concern, challenges, support and care. THANKS to our families, friends and all the people we have been with, and all those who have touched our lives and whose lives we have touched through the years. Most of all, THANKS and ALL GLORY AND PRAISES to our ALMIGHTY FATHER for all the blessings HE showered us.
